Use this information to resolve the issue when you cannot
connect to a server in single-user mode.
When you connect to a server in single-user mode, only
one remote-control session can be established to the server at a time.
Complete the following steps to solve the issue.
- Attempt to connect to the managed server in multi-user mode (if
allowed, based on security requirements).
- Contact other users to determine if anyone else has already established
a remote-control session with the managed server. If so, wait until
the user ends the remote-control session with the managed server.
- Attempt to connect to the managed server in single-user mode again.
