Troubleshooting poor or slow performance issues

Use this information to troubleshoot issues with poor or slow performance.

  • Ensure that the amount of memory, the disk size, and the number of processors is suitable for the number of managed devices. For more information about the virtual appliance requirements, see Supported hardware and software – XClarity Orchestrator.
  • Ensure that the rest of the network is operating at a nominal utilization.
  • If you have implemented quality of service, ensure that it is configured to allow optimal connectivity to Lenovo XClarity Orchestrator.
  • Ensure that your network topology is optimized for XClarity Orchestrator connectivity and performance.
