A server does not appear in the list for adding a new session

Use this information to resolve the issue when a server does not appear in the list for adding a new session, or a server no longer appears in the thumbnail area.

Complete the following steps to resolve the issue.
  • Ensure that the managed server is being managed by XClarity Orchestrator by clicking Resources (Resources icon) > Servers from the XClarity Orchestrator menu bar.
  • Synchronize the inventory by clicking the General tab on the remote-control Preference menu and then clicking Synchronize with management server. For more information about remote-control preferences, see Setting remote-control preferences.
