Incompatible drive alignment

The controller has detected a drive with a non-zero lowest aligned Logical Block Address (LBA) and has locked the drive out. The Recovery Guru Details area provides specific information you will need as you follow the recovery steps.

Recovery Steps

  1. Remove the locked out drive identified in the Recovery Guru Details area, and replace it with a drive that is supported in this storage array.

  2. Click the Recheck button to rerun the Recovery Guru. The failure should no longer appear in the Summary area. If the failure appears again, contact your Technical Support Representative.
