Shelf ID conflict

Two or more shelves are using the same shelf identification number.

Recovery Steps

  1. Change the ID of one of the shelves that has the conflicting ID shown in the Details area.

    1. Go to Hardware.

    2. Locate one of the shelves that have the conflicting ID. One of the shelves with the conflicting shelf ID will have be moved to the bottom of the Hardware page.

    3. Highlight the shelf ID located in the upper-left portion of the shelf.

    4. Select Change ID.

  2. Select Recheck to ensure the problem has been resolved.
