Shelf unsupported
Important
If all of your shelves are being detected as unsupported, you may have a problem with an NVSRAM configuration file or the wrong version of firmware. Contact your Technical Support Engineer instead of following the procedure below.
Refer to your hardware documentation or call your Technical Support Engineer for information on what type of shelves are supported in your storage array.
CAUTION
Electrostatic discharge can damage sensitive components
Always use proper anti-static protection when handling components. Touching components without using a grounding wrist strap may damage equipment.
Recovery Steps
Remove the unsupported shelves shown in the Details area.
Select Recheck to ensure the problem has been resolved.
