Snapshot volume – reserved capacity threshold exceeded

A snapshot volume's reserved capacity has exceeded its alert threshold.

Important
  • If you do not resolve this problem, this is the last alert you will receive before the snapshot volume's reserved capacity becomes full.

  • If the snapshot volume's reserved capacity becomes full, it will not have enough capacity to save new data. Therefore, the snapshot volume will continue to fail write requests that require reserved capacity.

  • To resolve this problem, you can either increase the reserved capacity or increase the threshold capacity alert level. Note that increasing the alert threshold will reduce the time you have to respond the next time you receive a threshold exceeded notification.

Recovery Steps

  1. Do you want to increase the snapshot volume's reserved capacity or its alert threshold?
