Unreadable sectors log full

The unreadable sectors log has been filled to its maximum capacity. Until you clear some of the unreadable sectors, any newly detected ones will not be logged.

Important: Clearing the unreadable sectors log does not correct the source of the problem or recover lost data.

Recovery Steps

  1. Manually collect support data from the storage array.

    1. Go to Support > Support Center. Then, select the Diagnostics tab.

    2. Select the Collect Support Data link to save the support data to a file.

  2. Contact your Technical Support Engineer using the information in the upper right-corner of the Support Center.
