Resolving an event

Lenovo XClarity Administrator provides information about the appropriate actions to perform to resolve an event.

Procedure

Complete the following steps to resolve an event.

  1. From the Lenovo XClarity Administrator menu bar, click Monitoring > Event Logs to display the Logs page.
  2. Click the Event Log tab.
  3. Locate the event in the events log.
  4. Click the link in the Event column to view information about that event (including an explanation and recovery actions) and about the device that is the source of the event.
  5. Click the Details tab.
  6. Complete the recovery actions under the Details tab to resolve the event.
    Note: If the explanation and recovery action for an event are not displayed, go to Lenovo Flex System online documentation, and search for the event title. The website always provides the most up-to-date information.
