Remove-LXCACabinet

This cmdlet deletes a cabinet (rack) instance on the Lenovo XClarity Administrator server.

Note: You cannot pipe objects to this cmdlet.

Syntax

Remove-LXCACabinet [-Connection LXCAConnection] 
                    -Cabinet Cabinet 

Remove-LXCACabinet [-Connection LXCAConnection] 
                    -CabinetUuid String

Parameters

-Connection LXCAConnection
Specifies the connection to the Lenovo XClarity Administrator server. If no connection is specified, the result from the last Connect-LXCA cmdlet is used.
-Cabinet Cabinet
Specifies the cabinet object to be deleted from the XClarity Administrator server.
-CabinetUuid String
Specifies the UUID of the cabinet.

Results

This cmdlet removes the cabinet instance from the XClarity Administrator server. No object is returned.

Examples

The following example deletes a cabinet with a UUID of AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA from the XClarity Administrator server.

$cred = Get-Credential
Connect-LXCA -Host 192.0.2.0 -Credential $cred

Remove-LXCACabinet -CabinetUuid AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Disconnect-LXCA
