Remove-LXCASwitchConfigFile

This cmdlet deletes a switch configuration-data file from Lenovo XClarity Administrator.

Note: You can pipe OSImage objects to this cmdlet.

Syntax

Remove-LXCASwitchConfigFile [-Connection LXCAConnection] 
                             -FileName String[] 
                           [-Uuid String]
                           [CommonParameter]

Parameters

-Connection LXCAConnection
Specifies the connection to the Lenovo XClarity Administrator server. If no connection is specified, the result from the last Connect-LXCA cmdlet is used.
-FileName String[]
Specifies the name of the configuration-data file to delete.
-Uuid String
Specifies the UUID of the switch that is associated with the configuration-data file. To obtain the switch UUIDs, use the Get-LXCARackSwitch or Get-LXCAChassisMember method.
Note: This parameter is required if the more than one switch have configuration-data files with the same name.
CommonParameters
This cmdlet supports the following common parameters: -Verbose, -Debug, -ErrorAction, -ErrorVariable, -WarningAction, -WarningVariable, -OutBuffer, -PipelineVariable, -OutVariable. For detailed information about each common parameter, see the Microsoft PowerShell Common Parameters webpage.

Results

This cmdlets removes the configuration-data file from XClarity Administrator. No objects are returned.

Examples

The following example deletes a switch configuration-data file.

$cred = Get-Credential
Connect-LXCA -Host 192.0.2.0 -Credential $cred

Remove-LXCASwitchConfigFile -UUID AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA -FileName Switch1.cfg
