Installing and configuring

Use this information to install and configure, update and install Lenovo XClarity Orchestrator and appropriate licenses. If you intend to use Lenovo XClarity Management Hub as a resource manager in XClarity Orchestrator, use these instructions to install and configure, update, and uninstall XClarity Management Hub, as well.

  • Installing and configuring XClarity Orchestrator
    The initial setup of Lenovo XClarity Orchestrator involves installing the XClarity Orchestrator virtual appliance, configuring XClarity Orchestrator (including authentication, network, date and time, and security settings), and connecting resource managers.
  • Installing and configuring XClarity Management Hub
    The initial setup of XClarity Management Hub involves installing the virtual appliance and performing initial configuration (including configuring the network, configuring the date and time, and connecting XClarity Management Hub to Lenovo XClarity Orchestrator).
