State of server in remote-control session does not match state in the XClarity Orchestrator

Use this information to troubleshoot when the state of a managed server in a remote-control session does not match the state of the managed server in Lenovo XClarity Orchestrator.

Complete the following steps to resolve this issue.
  • Ensure that the managed server is being managed by XClarity Orchestrator by clicking Resources (Resources icon) > Servers from the XClarity Orchestrator menu bar.
  • Synchronize the inventory by clicking the General tab on the remote-control Preference menu and then clicking Synchronize with management server. For more information about remote-control preferences, see Setting remote-control preferences.
